Who’s more informed on health care legislation? The American people are being sold a bad bill of goods and they now realize it. In the usual typical fashion, politicians think the average citizen is so stupid and easily-led that they can slip one by the public. No more! Enough is enough! The tables are being turned.
Expect to see more of this on ObamaCare. As a matter of fact, expect to see more of this on anything that even smacks of socialism from now on. People are opening their eyes and finding out what socialist policies will lead to and what socialized health care will be like. Ignorant, out-of-touch socialist politicians are passing ObamaCare off as an “option” that will drive down health care costs, maintain health care quality standards and be “deficit-neutral”.
In-depth analyses of both the U.S. House and Senate health care reform bills reveal no significant individual and/or employer cost savings. As a matter of fact, the present health care legislation indicates that Americans will not only suffer higher taxes, but also added penalties if they choose not to utilize a public health care “option”. Both bills include measures that will lead to big-government bureaucrats determining individual health care, the rationing of health care and increased government waste, fraud and deficit spending.
Ladies and gentlemen, there is no face to health care reform. We are all affected by health concerns and issues. We do not need legislation that fulfills some twisted leftist desire for social justice and income redistribution. We do not need government takeover of our health care system, which is what is being promoted in both bills in U.S. Congress. We need realistic legislation that addresses true health care reform.
I have already outlined a health care plan and submitted it to both of my state’s U.S. Senators and my state’s U.S. Representative. I believe my plan is both conservative and bipartisan. The plan is not perfect by any means and is only meant to give our lawmakers ideas or suggestions. If you are deeply troubled about the direction health care reform is taking and want your voice to be heard, I suggest you offer your own health care plan to your state’s lawmakers in the U.S. Congress. Remember, health care reform should not include a government takeover of our health care system and increased taxes and penalties.
