“Capitalism Is Evil,” Declares Michael Moore

Reuters:

VENICE (Reuters) – Capitalism is evil. That is the conclusion U.S. documentary maker Michael Moore comes to in his latest movie “Capitalism: A Love Story,” which premieres at the Venice film festival Sunday.

Blending his trademark humor with tragic individual stories, archive footage and publicity stunts, the 55-year-old launches an all out attack on the capitalist system, arguing that it benefits the rich and condemns millions to poverty.

“Capitalism is an evil, and you cannot regulate evil,” the two-hour movie concludes.

Okay, fine, Mr. Moore. I will keep from spreading this “evil” farther than necessary by giving your lefty screed a firm miss!

Since capitalism is “evil”, I assume Mr. Moore will defray the cost of “Capitalism: A Love Story” in an effort to not be a burden to millions of poverty-stricken people, right? That is, if there are that many people who choose to view his tripe-filled movie. If he does make any money from his crockumentary, he will surely donate it to those same poverty-stricken people of whom capitalism has supposedly victimized, correct?

I also assume that he will encourage his Hollyweird friends to not be a financial detriment to society by refusing to accept payment for services they render. After all, they have plenty of money and in an effort to not promote the “evils” of capitalism, it is their humanitarian duty.

After all, capitalism really doesn’t make the production of movies, payment of actors, producers, directors, etc.; manufacturing of cameras, film, props and components necessary for special effects; and all other facets of movie making possible (sarc-off).

Something tells me that Michael Moore is no more than a typical leftist hypocrite. Capitalism is only “evil” for everybody else except him.
